In the month of March, buy a kidney bean chili at Wendy's and support The Kidney Foundation of Canada

    MONTREAL, March 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Wendy's Restaurants have joined forces
to support The Kidney Foundation of Canada during Kidney Health Month.
The population is invited to help fight kidney disease and at the same
time enjoy a great kidney bean chili. For every chili sold during the month of
March, Wendy's will donate $0.25 to The Kidney Foundation of Canada to help
thousands of Quebecers living with kidney disease. The generosity of Wendy's
and its customers will enable the Foundation to alleviate the burden of kidney
disease on patients and families and on society at large.

The Kidney Foundation of Canada finances research on kidney disease,
offers education and support programs, facilitates access to quality care and
raises public awareness of the importance of maintaining healthy kidneys and
consenting to organ donation.
