He currently cannot do dialysis becuase of his high heart rate when dialysis is about to happen?

could it be because he is on different machine(s)?
maybe different doctors?

maybe he is getting scared?

he cannot eat much...if at all because of possibly thyroid problems.

PLEASE HELP! if he cannot dialysis won't that kill him?

If your grandparent has suffered endstage renal failure, dialysis or a kidney transplant will be necessary to preserve life.  Since you mention your relative has thyroid problems, I would guess that the high heart rate is due to hyperthyroidism, which can be controlled by an operaton to excise some or all of the thyroid gland, or by thyreostatic medications.

That's a tough one coondog, you are right this heart rate needs to get under control immediately, if someone must dialyzes and doesn't death is imminent. Stauffenberg's answer is correct in fixing this but time is of the essence.
