I got an incredible booklet from the American Assoc. of Kidney Patients that lists tons of foods, including fast food. It gives their portion size, and sodium, potassium, phosphorus, protein and calorie counts (not just whether it has a little, medium or a lot of these things). This would be awesome to post on here, but it is VERY long. I could easily make a PDF of it, but was wondering if there was a way to post a link to a PDF? Or can I send it to one of you guys (moderators) and you figure out how to get it on?

Is it too large to take important pages, scan them and post them? or we could look it up and find a link to it.

Nevermind, I just found a downloadable PDF version online! Here's the link: http://www.aakp.org/brochures/nutrition-counter/nutrition-counter-english/index.cfm

Maybe this thread can be moved to the diet and nutrition section?
