How Come??????

It keeps showing me I have two new messages by my little tweety bird icon and when I click on them, they are the same messages I have already read?   I tell ya, I am having a time with sending these messages and then sending responses.        It is really getting frustrating and I know I am not stupid but what I am doing wrong?   I thought that once you read your "new messages" it would NOT tell me AGAIN, I have 2 or 3 unread same messages?    gggggrrrrrrrr

Not sure what the problem is on that one.  All I could say is that there are 2 spots next to your name that gives mesage amounts.  The first one gives a message total for read and unread messages, the second tells you how many of the total messages are new.  When you click on the messages it will list all messages not just the new ones.  To resolve this you could just delete the old messages (unless you want to save them), and then only the new messages would appear.  To delete them just click the little white check box on the right hand side of the message and select delete selected at the bottom, click delete all at the top, or check just the messages you don't want to keep and click delete selected at the bottom.  Also you can sort the messages by date/time.  If you click the date box in the upper left it changes the message order. If the arrow is up it's newest message first, the the arrow is down it's oldest message first.  I hope this helps.

Hadn't run across that one, but I could see that causing an issue in some cases.  I clean my history, cookies and temporary internet files out after each session out of habit.  It seems to help keep down the spam from tracking cookies, and frees up unnecessary clutter on my computer.
