am new here, I just signed up today. my name is Tom, I am a 57 year old male, I live in Toledo, Ohio I am divorced but I live
with my significant other here in toledo. I moved here 9 years ago from Tulsa, Oklahoma to be with her after my divorce. We met
on AOL 10 years ago, and got along very well talking online, so after my wife walked out, ?I moved up hereI have been a dialysis
patient now for about 7 months. I have been very surprised at dialysis, it is much easier than I thought it would be.I have not had
any problems adjusting to it.

Welcome to our community! It is great to have you with us. I am also 57 and have been on dialysis for nearly two years. I thank God for this site which has been more than a tremendous help to me. Here you will find lots of necessary information, a place to rant, rage or vent when you need to, people who will understand exactly what you are going through, and lots of stuff just for your entertainment.
Please keep on posting. We need to get to know you, and you need to get to know us. We look forward to hearing from you and you take this dialysis journey. Glad it is working well for you.
