I've been reading a book by New York Times Bestselling author Tom Mueller "Crisis of Conscience, Whistleblowing in an Age of Fraud".  I've gotten through about 200 pages of it and already I would say it is worth the price of the book!  Anyway, one of the people he features is a fellow by the name of Dr. Roy Poses.  Dr. Poses has a real big problem with what is called "Generic Management" - what I call a virus called "accountants gone wild!!!".  Anyway, seem to recall Dr. Poses has been blogging since 2004?  Thought he would be worth a read: http://hcrenewal.blogspot.com/

Good thing dialysis hasn't had the sort of problems he is talking about!  Oh,  wait...
