We had a great Halloween. Due in part to our "do something for your caretaker" thread, I dug out all the old decorating props --fake gravestones, mannequins, flaming lights (LED)- and spent about an hour setting them up. As a surprise, I added new holograms this year. Well, not really holograms, but mp4s with special effects to make fake holograms --particularly when projected on glass.
I was going to do it last year, but it was too pricey for a marginally decent projector. This year, the price was half. And the mp4s were on sd card, no longer DVD.
I'm projecting on the glass front door. About 25 rotating scenes in all, but the 3 with zombies clawing at the door are the creepiest, IMO.
