Kidney Dialysis Techs should have prior Phlebotomist certification and training

I decided I should be a generous fellow and share some of the good karma I've been getting over the last 20 years with my kidney dialysis activities: helped head-up a group that got through a Colorado State bill for the certification of techs (not including needle sticks) back in 2007 - and renewed in 2012 and 2019.

How can I share?  By letting people sign this petition.  Your identity will be be kept confidential, just uncheck the box above the red "Sign this Petition" red image.

Actually the idea for this isn't mine, I just came up with the idea for the petition.   Arlene Mullin at Dialysis Advocates (an advocate for over 20 years) has gotten sick of seeing torn accesses because of new techs - sick of it for a long time!  Here is a chance for you, family, and friends to get involved.  As you will notice in who is being targeted on the petition, I'm trying to make this a bi-partisan effort.

Thought it would be a good idea to offer people more assurances about privacy, so I contacted change.org about it and got this response:
