Poly cystic Kidneys and peeing blood

I have poly cystic kidneys and every once in awhile have a rupture where I will pee blood for 24 hours.  Currently I have been peeing blood for almost two weeks.  Has anyone else had this problem and how long did it last?  Because of the duration and some possible infection, my doctor gave me an antibiotic but it isn't helping.  Feeling fine except fatigued.
