Blood while peeing
«

I get a little puff of blood when I pee. My wife and I have not been intermit for a while because I have not had that thought. When we do, I get blood mixed and am very concerned. Is this normal?

Hi Kevin I would stop being concerned, take a sample to your dr or hosp. Have it checked out. Could 'just' be a UTI, but blood in a place where it shouldn't be needs to be checked asap.
Good luck, strength and love, Cas

It may be UTI or kidney stones. When a kidney stone is stuck in the ureter or urethra, it can cause bleeding. It’s very common for peoples who have kidney stones.
Usually people go to ER and it out quickly. Doctors will order blood work and CT scan without contrast.
Take care.

Hello Kevin,
please see your GP and your nephrologist as soon as possible and since you still "produce", please bring them a sample to get it diagnosed as quickly as is possible.
Good luck wishes from Kristina.

Aboout six to eight months before being told my kidneys had failed, I had noticed some blood in my urine, but ignored it. I was told by the folks at the hospital just how bad a decision that was. So, I would follow kristina's advice and go to the doctor very soon and definitely let the nephrologist know.

Count your blessings. You can still pee. It seemed, when I was young, I'd get boners all the time at the worst possible moment. Now, not only is my sex life over, but I hardly pee at all. God has a sick sense of humor. I would see a doctor to get that checked out. I pray you get a good outcome.

If its painless, and you have not recently had a renal biopsy, get thee to an MD ASAP. Bladder and kidney cancer are differentials.

A renal biopsy is far from painless, but if needed, you shhould still get one done.

I would rate it is "not bad" and way less uncomfortable than a bone marrow biopsy. The only pain (on an original kidney) is when the needle penetrates the enervated membrane around the kidney.
