FREE kidney disease education event

The NKF serving Minnesota (https://www.facebook.com/NKFMinnesota/) is hosting a FREE education event for people with CKD and their friends/family members.

Kidney Social Summit: Living a Full Life with CKD

Join us at this gathering for patients, their family members, caregivers, and friends. Patients at all stages of CKD are welcome.
Breakout sessions will cover a range of topics, and will encourage participants to share their stories and learn from others.
Lunch is provided at no cost!
