I have used Cheez pleesers, pretzels and popcorn. I also have used a few rice crisps as well. I would pick a few flavors from this assortment that I have so far used. What other things do you snack on?

My current go to is to stove pop some popcorn the "ol fashion way". A bit of butter and I play around with my spice cabinet to flavor. Lately, my favorite is nutritional yeast. It's a little similar to marmite in flavor, but cheesier in my opinion. Plus, it's got protein and NO potassium or phosphorus. It also makes an OK substitute for Parmesan on spaghetti.

I also tend to make a lot of Rice Crispy Treats. It gives me the texture I'm craving in a snack. And I'm really just wanting that good CRUNCH, I'll chomp on some ice.

Whoa! Nutritional Yeast! WOW, sounds like a good thing for a change. Never thought of that one to try. Gez, that sounds like something to try. Have to

go back to Walmart and look up RICE CAKES and get a Honey Bear squeezable and a couple little packets of Margarine from my Independent Living

kitchen and a small plastic knife and go back to an OLD childhood favorite from MANY years ago, yes, many, Many MANY! What is so wierd is that I STILL

remember those old things from so many years ago, the Computer BONE age.
