Just realised that the new Baxter Renal Customer Service phone number in the UK is a premium rate number - so baxter are making money every time you call to complain about missed stock take calls, missing items from your delivery etc etc

However, if you phone the main switchboard on 01635 206000 and ask to be put through to Renal Homecare that will save you up to 41p per minute.

Baxter's 24 hour help number is no longer 24 hours.  A human being no longer answers the phone.  What's going on with Baxter?

As they recently bought Gambro, and something else as well, I suppose they've overextended, and are now neglecting their 'customers'
