I have two hard lumps in the palm of my fistula hand. They don't hurt but I wonder what they are?

Possibly ganglion cysts.   I had one on the back of my hand (years before dialysis) and had it carved out by a hand surgeon.

Probably not ganglions as they tend to be on the extensor surface of the hand which is the back of the hand. More likely fibromas . These are benign soft tissue tumors made of fibrous tissue. I often see them in hands and feet on the same person. Of course I am only guessing here as I cant see them . There are other possibilities but fibromas are common.

My wife is the most important person in my life. Dialysis is an honor to do for her.
NxStage since June 2012 .
When not doing dialysis I am a physician ,for over 25 years now(not a nephrologist)

Thanks for the correction.  My ganglion was as you said - on the back of the hand.   A friend at work had one on the inside of his wrist.
