Does anyone here get their Medicare Kaiser Premium paid for by the American Kidney Fund's HIPP program.  I did become eligible for it this month.  If so, how do the  payments get made?  Does the check made out to both your social worker and you?  Thanks for any input.  John

At the end of this month I will be losing my Medicaid. The social worker submitted an application for Horizon medigap insurance and Fresenius will be paying my premium through some grant program. I was told that I will receive a bill from the insurance and I am to bring it to the clinic so that they could process payment. I am guessing that is how it will work with the HIPP program.
