Dialysis/Transplant Lanyards?

I recently moved job locations - same job, just most of the operations departments were moved to a offsite location.  The security is tighter than at our last location and we are supposed to wear our badges/access cards higher than our waist.  My first and second level supervisors have lanyards of their favorite baseball teams.  I figured I could wear a dialysis or transplant awareness lanyard, but all the ones I found online needed to be ordered in large quantities.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could purchase just one lanyard?
