Did you check out Bookbaby as a publisher?   You could probably sell your book cheaper on the net.  I recently got a similar book online, and it wasn't too well done.  But it was cheap, and it would be okay for someone new to dialysis.  I would rather have your book, in retrospect, than the one I got.  I think it's a good thing for all dialysis patients to have our brothers in suffering tell their stories.  Most people have no idea what we go through.

no - book was never to make money- still making a loss.

there are many different ways to join community- mine was to reassure people who not like unknown as i did 30yrs ago-

comments  by patients who read it found if you click beginning of this thread - all free
