Your GFR slid pretty quickly. I'm sorry. Did you call your neph? I'm guessing if you need to start dialysis, they'd put in a temporary access until your fistula is ready.

Urp.  Could it maybe be just a tummy bug?

Is it bad enough that you WANT to start dialysis?

Well my GFR is down to 8.8 and my creat is 5.56 in a mater of what...a week and a half? Wow. So now I have to go in tomorrow to see the surgeon who did my fistula so he can give his opinion if it is ready or not. If he is wavering then they will do the dye - which Neph doctor says will ruin what kidney function I do have now. He wants to keep as much kidney function that we can because it helps when going into dialysis, that I can still urinate. So I feel like I have the flu all day now but none of the fever....lol. Folding clothes today my arm muscles felt sore...which they shouldn't be while doing laundry!
they are hoping to maybe just do an ultrasound instead of the ink thing...we'll see tomorrow. good thing - I lost 5lbs in one week!  :bandance;

That's a rough diet plan you have. I'm sorry about the quick decline in your function. I hope all goes well tomorrow.
