If anyone out there is having issues with hair, skin, or brittle nails, I talked to my nurse today, and asked if I could go back on my prenatal vitamins.  She said yes.  I probably wouldn't suggest this for the men out there, but the vitamins (according to my doc. and nurse) are safe and help immensely with keeping hair and skin less dry.  Just a tip I thought I would pass along :2thumbsup;

I would definitely get a second opinion on that as regular vitamins build up in our blood and become toxic because they don't dialyze out very well.  That is why we have "Renal" vitamins.  I know we can have only 500mg of vitamin C a day and none on our weekend.
