thoratic outlet syndrome

any one have any experience with this? this is my first time posting beside the introduction, hope i am in the correct location, i had a fistula gram and was told this is what i have, to my understanding, rib and collarbone squeezing the artery and vein. they said they generally take a piece of the rib out, iam waiting on my second opinion now, all comments welcome
