I am taking Tums 1000mg, one every meal.
Also the "sticker" I have is working on making buttonholes? Is this good?

Yes it is good it will prolong the life of your fistula. Plus in due time usually hurts less. I have had buttonholes for about 2 1/2 years and haven't regretted it. Another thing to do is learn to self cannulation because then your in control especially when you get some techs who like to fish around. Best of luck.
