I saw the movie on Netflix recently and wanted so bad to try it but...
it's not realistic for me because I need the animal protein and fruits and veggies juiced can add up the potassium fast and you can't drink enough to fill you up without the danger of overdoing the potassium limit.
What a dream though to be able to lose this weight i need to lose fast like that.

Saw the trailer. I think it's a bit crazy for a D patient on fluid restrictions to go on liquid diet! You'd never be able to drink as much as you wanted.
I had a friend who was juicer crazy. Sorry, just don't like the taste that much. Or the texture, for that matter. I'm also pretty visual when it comes to food. All that training at my family-owned restaurant means I still plate my own food nicely, even if it's just a snack of cheese and crackers. I find a glass of something that looks that much like swamp water totally unappealing.
I've got a built-in diet plan going right now. They mucked with my tacro levels and shot them through the roof. My entire digestive tract is currently on strike. If I eat more than a cup of food every 4 hours or so, I throw up. Doesn't matter what I eat, I just can't eat that much of it. So I can eat all kinds of fattening food and I'm still losing weight like crazy because I can't manage more than a few bites of it. That whole portion control thing, with no wiggle room at all. I'm down 8 pounds in 3 weeks, still eating cheese and sausage biscuits and chocolate goodies when I want them.
Which just goes to show that the 3-E diet is still the only one that really works. I lost 60 pounds on that. (Eat better, Eat less, Exercise more.)

"Asbestos Gelos" (As-bes-tos yay-lohs) Greek. Literally, "fireproof laughter". A term used by Homer for invincible laughter in the face of death and mortality.
