My best friend James Cross has passed away peacefully with his family. He died at a young age of 18. I know James from the start of dialysis and after he went on adults unit. He is a very funny and a very good person. I miss him alot and he will always be in my heart. The news came very shocked as 2 patient had a transplant while I was on holiday at Hong Kong. I came back and heard this news :'( I made a topic here for him to see because he is a spirtual person and I believe he will be happy wherever he is now. Watching me and looking after me x

R.I.P James
