Crispy Butterscotch Cookies

KidneyTimes
Easy Link Recipe ID: 5057

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup packed brown suger
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp egg alternative (1 egg)
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup + 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1.2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup Cream of Wheat
1 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
Grease cookie sheet.
Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla - beat until fluffy.
Stire together flour, baking powder and cinnamon
Add to butter mixture: mix well.
Stir in cereal and butterscotch chips.
Drop by level tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand on cookie sheet 1 minute before removing to racks to cool.
Make 3 dozen

Calories: 100
Protein: 0.7g
Potassium: 32 g
Fat: 4.5g
Carbohydrates: 14g
Sodium: 46mg
Phosphorous: 22mg

Uninterrupted in-center (self-care) hemodialysis since 1982 -- 34 YEARS on March 3, 2016 !!

No transplant.  Not yet, anyway.  Only decided to be listed on 11/9/06. Inactive at the moment.  ;)
I make films.

Just the facts: 70.0 kgs. (about 154 lbs.)
Treatment: Tue-Thur-Sat   5.5 hours, 2x/wk, 6 hours, 1x/wk
Dialysate flow (Qd)=600;  Blood pump speed(Qb)=315
Fresenius Optiflux-180 filter--without reuse
Fresenius 2008T dialysis machine
My KDOQI Nutrition (+/ -):  2,450 Calories, 84 grams Protein/day.

This is just a mouth watering recipe i would really like to follow this steps and prepare some good cookies at home.

Boyfriend diagnosed with renal failure Feb. 2011. Cause unknown.
PD Catheter "installed" June 30, 2011.
Began CAPD August 11, 2011.
On transplant list 11/23/11.
Started Liberty Cycler 12/1/11.

Did anyone ever find out what a serving consisted of?

I just totaled up all of the ingredients on SparkPeople.com. He says it makes 3 dozen so that's 36 cookies. I came up with very similar totals to what he posted so that means that the nutritional information below is for one cookie.
