I was just curious, when a fistula clots off what is the possibility of that clot breaking off and going somewhere else in your body? I've always read it was possible but wondered if it ever happened?

No one, including my vascular surgeon, seems the slightest bit concerned that mine has clotted off.  It is now hard in there and no longer hurts at all and I'm back to rowing and lifting weights and all my normal activities.  No one was concerned about my first one either.
