I PM'd her, emailed her and left a message for her on the only phone number I have.
I hope she's ok.

Been thinking about her lots and miss her.  I would hope her hubby would come on and fill us in on anything as he has poped on before and knows we're her family too,    ... My prayers are with her too...

I have been worried, too.  :'(

I sure wish there were some way to contact her. It is like the PMs fall into a black hole.

Having folks disappear is very worrisome.  :(

I'm here!  I apologize for not having checked in sooner...has it really been that long?  It just seems like all sorts of things happened all at once, none of them renally related, thankfully!  Nothing particularly interesting but still very time consuming.  As you may or may not know, my mom died last year, and I've been trying to close her estate, and that has been an eye-opening experience; I've had to sell properties in two different states, and there has been all manner of weird complications that delayed everything by months.  Right now we're working on her final tax return which isn't easy because I am not sure exactly where all of her assets are.  She was left stuff by my dad that I'm not really au fait with.

My laptop died, so I was without it for two weeks.  Fortunately, it was still under warranty.

My husband and I took a last minute holiday to Washington D.C and Gettysburg....road trip!  I had never been to that part of the country before, so that was a great adventure.  I seriously am wondering if I need a hip replacement after all the walking we did, I kid you not.  Hubby had to prop me up through the Portrait Gallery, I was so pooped.  This was a trip we had been wanting to take for several years, but as I kept expecting to have to go on dialysis any minute, I didn't dare.  Finally I decided that I was tired of waiting for my kidneys to fail, and I was determined to stop living in abject fear and start finding/making some pleasure in life, so off we went cross-country.

I'm redoing my front garden.

I had my deck cleaned and properly painted.

I got a nasty cold and whined for 2 weeks.  My husband's throat started feeling "a bit tickly", and yep, he came down with a cold and generously shared it with me.  That really annoyed me no end because we were in D.C. and I did NOT want to sniffle and hack during my vacation.  But I survived, as you see.

It's also graduation/birthday season, which means more time consuming partying.

So that has been pretty much it.  I have checked my emails on occasion, but for some reason, I still don't get email notification of any PM's from IHD, so I apologize for not having answered...I've just now received them!

Welcome to all new members!  As for the rest of you lovely people, forgive me for not having kept up with everyone.  I truly didn't realize that so much time had passed since I last signed on!  Sure sign of getting older...time flies even more quickly.  I hope everyone has been doing OK...I will try to catch up with everyone in the weeks to come.

Thanks so much for missing me; that's very kind.  Again, my apologies for my mind being elsewhere for such a long period of time. :grouphug;

Oh my God, thank you for checking in.  My thoughts were alll over the map about you little lady, but you are here and that is a Godsend.
I do recall your mentioning having to settle your mother's estate and sell the property. That was tough,  I know!  So you and hubby finally went on a trip.  Man, that had to feel awesome even if you were pooped!  Just getting away can do alot for the phyique!  So you both gave each other a sickness!  Well I always say, share and share alike!!!

MooseMom, it is so good to have you back!  We really missed you!  So don't do that again, you hear me!!!! lol

HEY GUYS, LOOK WHO'S BACK!!!!!    :cheer: :bandance; :cheer: :bandance;
