Thanks Kickstart, I have been looking at stress-management
to see what I might feel is suitable and after the Hypnotherapy
I think for the moment I want to re-think.

Thanks MooseMom, I have watched the website “howtobesick”
It sounds very interesting indeed, and it has many similarities
to how I feel and the literature I have on the subjects of
“How to live/cope with chronic disease” and “pain-management”.
I may get into this book in time and thank you
for the great introduction to it.
Thanks from Kristina.

Thanks paris, you have certainly raised an interesting point
about re-calling buried experiences!
This is always going to be a controversial point
because for some like yourself the re-calling of an experience
was horrible, and you wish you hadn’t had it, but for others
it may resolve an issue which has been niggling under the surface for years.
It is always a difficult decision.
Perhaps I carry on and re-think first and, as you seem to have been doing,
working out ways to lessen the stress and handling the stress
when it rears its ugly head, in the best way I can.

I do hope everything goes ok with the MRI and I wish you all the best.

Best wishes from Kristina.

Bach was no pioneer; his style was not influenced by any past or contemporary century.
He was completion and fulfillment in itself, like a meteor which follows its own path.
