Okay, I give up on trying to make these dialysis clinics happy! They are pissed off when you are late, and they are pissed off when you early.  Also while I have my soapbox out, do they not understand that other patients are sitting right under them while they are stabbing people in the back?  How unprofessional is this??? >:(

I do agree that there seems to be no perfect arrival time at the dialysis centre.  I have tried to be early sometimes, but I noticed that I did not get on the machine any earlier.
However, I must say that the nurses here are not back stabbers.  There is a very good and open relationship between all the patients and the nurses.  We don't have technicians (I am not really sure what they do), just nurses, and the nephrologist.  They are all very professional (although the nephrologist is a whistle-stopper!) Even so, we can always say we want to see him and we get to see him.
