I completed the Davita Phosphorus Challenge and got my certificate today!!!  Though it was set in a very childish framework, it was very helpful to me at this time and really raised my phosphorus knowledge and awareness.  I would really recommend it.

It's all very well knowing about phosphorous but doing anything about it is a different matter and a lot harder.

This was sent to me because I had been receiving Davita's recipe email.   It was a series of 11 emails which would send me to the challenge website.  I don't go to a Davita clinic - it doesn't even exist in my country.
