Has anyone who has had an increase in your Zemplar suffered with a sudden increase in your colesterol?

They now give me 2 full needles of zemplar each dialysis treatment. When they increased it to 11/2 needles my colesterol jumped from  a little over 200 to way above 300(bad one).

Read where for long term users ,this can hapen.

Tried fish oil,got sick. Same with flax seed oil. Tried prescription and arms, legs and back hurt so bad I had to stop.

Looks like i am darned if I do and darned if I don't.

Hmmm....they increased my Zemplar to 3 a day and my cholesteral did go up last month.  I do, however, eat more fried chicken then I ever used to and thought that was the reason.   ;D
