Here's a link to the Medicare Part B Drug Average Sales Price.
It's a long list of drugs.

Now you can see what EPO actually costs Medicare, not what your dialysis facility charges--or your pharmacy charges.

Fresenius 2008T dialysis machine
My KDOQI Nutrition (+/ -):  2,450 Calories, 84 grams Protein/day.
