Trouble typing a post... =/

This box that I am typing my post in, is where I am running into problems.

Once I get to the bottom of this box when typing a long post, instead of the box moving down while your typing and moving your previous text up so you can see what your typing, mine is still showing the text I typed and it bounces down to show me what I am typing while I am typing it and then it jumps back up to the top here to what I already typed. So I can never see what I am currently typing while typing since it's not scrolling down for some reason.

Did that make sense? I hope so. I don't know how to fix it. When I used my laptop to post, it never did this, but my hard drive crashed, so I am using my mom's desktop and this is where it does it. I used Firefox browser on my laptop, and on my moms computer she uses Internet Explorer 8.

I don't know what setting in here I may need to change to get this problem fixed, hopefully you guys can help me.

I had a similar problem. It would happen to me if I used Internet Explorer, but since I switched to Firefox it works fine.

I guess I'll just download FF on her computer... I don't think she will notice.

Mine does that, too.  I have more problems replying using a "quote" though.  It won't let me type under the quote.

Yes, someone else told me that, and they switched to Safari and it works ok, so I guess Internet Explorer is the problem.

It must be something new with Internet Explorer, cause we've had it forever.  I'll look into the others.  Thanks.

I just downloaded FF on my moms computer until I get my new hard drive installed.

I have never liked IE, that's why I deleted it off my laptop soon as I got it.

It happens to me all the time but I like IE so I just close my eyes to type!
