interested in renasist

I saw the renasist site in a threat on here and would like to try it. My question is though are there certain conditions that make one qualify? Right now I get my renagel through a mail in farmicy through my insurance company and a 90 day supply which is required to do the mail in farmicy. It's about $167 for a 90 day supply. I do the mail in farmicy do to not being able to go to the farmicy myself do to blindness it's much easier for me and cheaper in some ways. Right now I just have insurance through my employer but just waiting on medicare to be approved.
