I have been on dialysis since 2008 and last year i noticed a slight discoloration in the left part my of jaw,now 2010 it's getting more noticeable,i'm afraid if it gets bigger or worse.Does anybody else have this problem???

No but when I first started dialysis I lost color all together, my hair has also changed colors but that is starting to return to normal as well.

May 13, 2009, went to urgent care with shortness of breath
May 19, 2009, went to doctor for severe nausea
May 20, 2009, admited to hospital for kidney failure
May 20, 2009, started dialysis with a groin cath
May 25, 2009, permacath was placed
august 24, 2009, was suppose to have access placement but instead was admited to hospital for low potassium
august 25, 2009, access placement
January 16, 2010 thrombectomy was done on access

The discolorations I get are those relatively small bruisy looking things, and my neph said it was due to the baby aspirin.  She changed me from every night to M-W-F to stop so many bruises.  I've also noticed that "normal" bruises never seem to heal.  They turn a pals yellow-tan and remain for up to 2 years before my skin goes back to "normal."
