Rerun personally I don't think that is a very nice comment coming from someone who is professing to be a "Christian".

Dan, just ignore a lot of things that have been said and move on.  Life is more important than arguing over this.   :cuddle;

Missed something?  Not at all.  I started this post when there was a lot of depression and negativity in my life.  It is not a lot better now, but I'm working on it.  If you missed it, be glad.  I wish I had.

I didn't miss anything; I got it all (unfortunately).  It never ceases to amaze -- and disappoint -- me how some people can purposely be so mean to other people.

I was raised as a Baptist, but when Marvin and I got married, I converted to Presbyterianism (Marvin's church).  When talking to his pastor before I converted, I asked for the one basic difference between the Baptist beliefs and the Presbyterian ones.  His pastor, a man I deeply admire and respect who had a terrific and pleasant personality, said that he thought the two churches were similar but that Presbyterians sinned first and asked for forgiveness later.  Then, he just laughed and laughed.  I have never forgotten that statement.  For someone to say something mean (and say it purposely meaning to hurt another's feelings) and then to justify it as an acceptable act by saying that they are "forgiven by the blood" is something I just don't understand (even if I have been a sin-first-ask-for-forgiveness-later Presbyterian for 24 years).

Let me get back on topic so I won't be reprimanded...I love you, Dan!  As my daddy (a good Baptist deacon) always advises, "Don't let the bastards get you down!"

Oh Petey, it isn't a problem.   Kickstart and other's who "missed something".  By way of explaination, I started this thread with a negativity.  I wish I'd never started it now.  I wish people would let lit die.
