You aren't drinking over your fluid restriction. i got in trouble around new yr for that, I was dangerously over and my blood pressure was way up and i had the longest treatment EVER! but apart from that I don't know much about BP. I have actually been suffering from low BP after appointments, where i have passed out. I am waiting to see a dr about it. The doctor at the A+E suggested a change in dosage or meds  :(

Hi Nick, blood pressure is a bummer. When my husband was on hemo for three months his bp was really low like 120/70 some thing and when he crashed it was down to 90 over some thing. Since going back on to CAPD it has gone high 180/89 they say its because his catheter is not working properly so he is not dialysising  enough, but they have not given him any bp tablets, which worry me because he also has heart problems. I just think it is all linked. He does not take any salt, does  not eat any crappy food, does not drink very much and only water and he also walks alot. Next week he has a catheter op to try and alter it, here's hoping it will sort things out. perhaps it is your meds, :banghead; :banghead; but it needs sorting.

Are you under a lot of anxiety or stress? Other then that in the above mention of fluid intake I don't have any other ideas.

Those blood pressure readings are too high and if it continues you need to talk to your doc (and personally I would talk to them sooner than later).
