Any values for phosphorus, potassium, protein, and sodium in these yummy recipes?
 

Luby's is a known hangout for the older crowd and because of this I know they try to cook with little salt and let you salt at the table.  I grew up with a guy who's Dad was a "high-up" in Luby's.  All his children followed in his footsteps.

When I was in the theater we affectionately called the Sunday afternoon crowd the "Luby's Crowd".  It was usually a quite audience because they were full from eating at Luby's before coming to the show.  We could even see some of them sleeping in the first few rows!   :ROFL;


I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Luby's!    I may have to drive-through for lunch!  LuAnn fried fish - I'm coming for ya!
