Hi,

Just wondering how much fluctuation in creatinine is considerd normal ? Is it ok to have creatinine outside the highest end of the lab range and considered to be normal ?

Normal for who? If your kidneys are normal you should not go above 1 (.5 to 1). The kidneys do a darn good job and if you are above 1, something probably isn't right. If your kidneys are failing then they can fluctuate for a lot of reasons. If you are on three day D, then your creatinine will go up on your non D days.
