Emergency Contact Information

In a recent thread a member recounted having a stranger collapse and die with no emergency contact information available.
This is it urge everyone to make sure that you carry with you (in your wallet) emergency numbers, a list of your prescription medications, and any of your allergies. Make this list easy to find.
You should also program your cell phone with numbers of emergency contacts listed as ICE (In Case of Emergency). Emergency personnel are being trained to look for ICE contacts.
None of us plan to have an emergency happen, but if it should, we need to make is possible for our loved ones or friends to find out what has happened.
Do this today.
