Do you have "patient care reps" (not techs) in your center....and if so are they actually a patient or a FMCNA employee?  I guess to clarify, do you have a dialysis patient in your center that is supposed to represent the patients?

My center is Fresenius. We have a patient care rep. She's not on dialysis. She is not the social worker but I think she does a lot of the same things.

I too have Fresenius. I don't think we have one here in LA. Unless the person that does that hasn't come to bother me (i mean speak to me in broken English a bunch of jibberish I don't understand)  :urcrazy;
