So far D has not caused me any problems except for  nagging headaches. Some worse than others. Today I weighed in at my exact target weight. The nurse told me she was going to add 500ml half way through treatment.She felt I was too dry.
well no headache! Got home still no headache and I didn't even need a nap!Looks like it's going to be a great week end. javascript:void(0);

That is wonderful Pam.  Dry weight is a moving target.  I wish I could tell you that you have finally nailed the problem.  But, when you feel good you eat and then may gain more dry weight and then when you don't feel good you lose dry weight and so then you may put on too much fluid.  Who knows!

At least for today you feel good and will probably have a good weekend.
