Just found this on MSN: FDA warns dieters to stop Hydroxycut. Apparently it has caused several people to have liver failure, and even deaths.

When are people going to figure out that "natural" does not mean "harmless"? 

  Carbon Dioxide is natural.  Rattlesnake venom is natural.  Radioactive uranium is natural.  Doesn't make it good for the body!

Many people have known for a few years that Hydroxycut caused problems.  I just wish we could prosecute the manufacturers.

Every time there is a pill that proclaims weightloss by taking a pill, it turns out that there's something wrong with it. Remember Fen Fen? It's one of the best ways for inscrutable types to make money. I have enough medicines to take. I would like a "magic" pill  that would actually allow me to lose weight, but I know that there isn't one. I had a friend that took Fen Fen. She lost weight alright.  She got heart disease and won a law suit >:( ;). But she still has heart disease >:( and her life is shortened. Oh well. It's always sumpthin.
