 :secret;
I'm trying to resist binders, by cutting some phosphorous out of my diet. Plus I know I need to loose weight. for my mind, body, and soul. Ive been so inactive for the past yr, I consider just about anything exercise.

only on day three of trying to do both. here is two recipes i thought were easy, good, and fit the bill. I hope my research was right.

my meals to share with you....

roast and potatoes

-beef roast peppered on both sides wrapped in aluminum foil and slow cooked (oven 300 for 3hrs) add some Worcestershire and onions for more flavor
-sour kraut straight from can or bad
-red potatoes (leached if needed) boiled and drained, then mashed with light cream cheese, garlic, and a lil light butter. s&p to taste

layers these or keep them separate, either way its still hearty

tomato macaroni and chicken

-chick w red wine winger, rosemary, S&P, and I love basil and lemon so i used it too
- lil olive oil on pan cook for apx 40 min at 350 cover to keep juices in
-boil your fave noodle, using olive oil to keep from sticking.
-drain and add can of tomatoes (better tasting and for you if fresh) more basil some garlic. and salt if desired.

the flavors complement each other, but didn't quite fill me up.

hope this helps someone.
please let me know if they are high in phosphorous.

I had saurekraut again recently and you know what I like it! Haha. Sorry thought I should share that.

but girlie those both sound pretty good. I am going to need to try them. And I think my kidos would really like the macaroni and chicken one. Thanks
