Risdall Corp. marketing to CKD patients

Has anyone else received an email from the Risdall marketing group concerning a survey of CKD treatments?
I got an email from them yesterday, Nov. 11th, asking me to participate in a survey. I wrote back asking their
rep how they got my email address knowing I was a CKD patient. Also I wondered who they represented.
So today they replied that the time limit for their survey had expired (after one day, sure), but not answering
how they got my email address. Is it possible to skim the email addresses from IHD, Moderators?

This is the latest email from the rep of this marketing group. So which giant database company has our data?
So much for HIPPA and patient confindentiality.
" Yes, the time frame was impossibly small and I apologize if it seems I am wasting your time. Your e-mail was on a list that was compiled from online data. The list was only for the purpose of this interview, and this will be last time you ever hear from us again. My apologies for the intrusion." Cydney
