So, it is the dog days of summer, and even though I get to up my fluid intake, I found what might be my perfect summer drink!

Mojito Granita

It is basically a very fine iceee made with rum, sugar and mint.  (the website has the recipe and more pictures)

I'll admit that my fantasies usually involve cooking and alcohol, but generally there is also a man involved.   >:D

Mine too but bring back the man.  Easy on the alcohol.  That mojito tempts though for sure.

It's a word in Kentucky. It means a good looking young female that isn't related to you.

Well, its a word now.  I think we should all plan on using it (not just for the young unrelated females either).
