I want to change my picture but have forgotten how to do it.  I would appreciate some advice on this...... :big hug: to anyone that can help me with this.

Go into Profile and edit profile information.

BTW, don't  we know each other from another kidney site?

Just go to your profile. You should be able to access the picture from there and change it to something else.
