Title: New Cath Working Well-Appt For New Surgeon

Hi,
Thanks for all the well wishes for my husband Les.
His new Permacath is working well  :waving;
we have an appt with new vascula r guy from Phila-
he is supposed to be great at getting problem patients
vistulas to work.  I sure hope he can get Les one that
will take after 2 tries.

Glad to hear that Les has a well working permacath!  I sure hope the new vascular guy can do something to help out with the fistula situation!  Good luck!!!  Let us know how it goes! :cuddle;

It's good to read that things went well with the new catheter.  When I was initially diagnosed with kidney problems my first nephrologist was at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.  One of the great benefits of living near a big city is having a large pool of physicians to select from.  It may take a little time but you almost always find someone who can meet your needs.

I'm glad that the permacath is functioning. I hope it goes well  with the vascular surgeon regarding the fistula. Please keep us posted about Les.  :cuddle;
