Title: KAT Walk

Today there were KAT (Kidney Awareness Time) walks all over the US.  I went to the one in Sacramento and I wore my IHD.com shirt!  I got lots of looks and questions.

This would be great for us to do.  Let's start attending these things (Paid for by others) and wear our Kidney Gear IHD shirts!

Dammit!!! We never thought of that.

We went to the walk here in Tampa today as a last minute thing. Next year though, we too will have our IHD tee shirts on.

The one here iisn't until the first weekend of October or so...is that enough time to get a shirt or something? Not that I've signed up, but maybe there's time for that, too??

Hi I to went on the KAT walk me and some friemds here In Minnesota Im a newbie here  but catch on quick and will be wearing a shirt next walk nice talking
