Title: Suggestions ?

After my visit to the hospital today , i saw the dietician, its seems my phosphate is high, but my potassium is really low. What can i eat ?

I'd go for peaches and apricots, then some pineapple.   :thumbup;

bananas and cantaulope. under 25mg each for small banana and 1 cup melon cubes on phos and out the door for potassium. what can i say i'm a fruin freak.
