As is obvious, some of us with transplants have been shocked to learn that after the first covid shot, there does not seem to be much of an antibody response.
Does anyone here know if the same is true of dialysis patients?
Now, it seems that one particular drug in the transplant cocktail is making the vaccine underwhelming, so I understand that this is not the case in D patients. But have any of you had post-vaccination testing to see if you've built up antibodies to covid? How protected are you?
Thank you for any replies.

I hope this can be studied asap as it's really quite alarming and causes anxiety.

There is some ongoing research
UK based and I don't doubt that all countries will be looking at this.

Oh, good. Hopefully, their study will get a lot of funding and will clear all the doubts we have.
